Madhav Udyog Pvt. Ltd. is one of North India's most integrated manufacturers of transmission towers, railway structures, and structural steel. Headquartered in Mandi Gobindgarh Punjab's steel city the company has been at the forefront of India's power and infrastructure sector since 2001.
Our rolling mill has been the foundation of Madhav Udyog since 2005. Operating under the JYOTI brand, we produce a full range of structural steel sections including angles, beams, channels, flats, and rounds. With a rolling capacity of 150,000 MT per annum, the mill gives us direct control over the quality and availability of the raw material that goes into every structure we build.
Using our own steel as the starting point, we fabricate transmission line towers, railway OHE structures, and telecom structures and more, to precise client specifications using CNC equipment. Finished structures are then hot-dip galvanized in our own facility, which operates one of the largest galvanizing baths in Northern India at a combined capacity of 1,00,000 MT per annum. Every product is dispatched with full material and test documentation.
The combination of rolling, fabrication, and galvanizing within a single facility is what makes Madhav Udyog genuinely different. Madhav Udyog holds vendor approvals from Power Grid Corporation of India, the Ministry of Railways, State Electricity Boards, and BHEL. Every structure we produce is manufactured against their specifications, tested in our in-house laboratory, and delivered with complete material and test documentation.
Because we roll our own steel, fabricate in-house, and galvanize in our own facility, we are not dependent on external vendors at any stage of your order. Every part of the production process is within our control, which means our quality is consistent and our delivery commitments are ours to keep.
